Mindy – I don’t know if you even remember me, but I’ve heard so much about you, and I am so happy to hear that someone is ‘officially’ carrying on Richard’s legacy. He spoke to me with pride about so many people, but never so much as he did about you. I am positive that there is no one better equipped to do what you’re doing, and I thank you for it. I’m sure he knew that you would take his techniques even further than he did, and trusted you to do exactly what it is you say you want to – be a midwife to joy, healing, catharsis, and learning. Those are all things I know he believed in.

Hello Mindy! I too broke down reading your blog posts about Richard. Like Christine, when I have finally decided to tackle singing, and work with Richard again, I find out he’s gone. I was in shock, and didn’t believe it when I read his obit….how’s that for Denial? Yes, today, it is no longer a river in Egypt. I just didn’t want it to be true. I am bereft that Richard is no longer with us, but I want to start singing again, and what a gift that you’ve moved home. I want to study with you, and I am so grateful to have the opportunity work with someone so connected to Richard. I can read and from it, feel, how open your heart is, and I’m deeply grateful you picked up the work he taught and continued on.
I also wrote you a Facebook message, so I hope to hear back from you. And thank you, Mindy.

Hello darling Mindy I was moved to tears by reading all of this. Sean had told me some of this story, but it was so much more powerful hearing it from you. And hearing that you are back in San Fran, continuing Richard’s lagacy makes me sooooo happy. It absolutely was Divine timing, and this is absolutely your destiny. I will be in contact soon. I support you 100% and would love to be a part of what you are creating.

Oh, my dearest Mindy,

When saw you you in front of the room telling the room full of people of how you wanted to make that phone call to Richard. What an absolute blessing you are. I am amazed and very happy to read your story and all of the details
of your thoughts and dreams and fears and disappointment not to have called him, and now look! You have taken a leap of faith once again.

I was sick for what seemed a very long time and I lost a lot of what I built studying with Richard and lost touch with Richard, moved to Alameda and recovered . When I was ready to go back and study again he was gone that very same week.

Thank you for dreaming the dream.
